West Seneca Music Center only accepts returns made within the first 10 days from shipment.
Should you find it necessary to return any merchandise, you must first contact us via e-mail or phone for instructions. Item must be shipped within this 10-day guarantee period. All returns must be in the original packaging complete with the warranty card and owner’s manual, and show no signs of wear or abuse; otherwise the return will either be refused or subject to a 15% restocking fee. Credit card returns are issued a credit for purchase price. Refunds are made for product value only, excluding shipping and handling charges.
Returned item must be in the original packaging complete with all collateral materials such as cases, straps, cables, care kits, certificates of authenticity, warranty cards, manuals, and any other materials that originally shipped with the instrument.
Returned item must be in brand-new condition, showing no signs of wear or use such as belt-buckle or pick scratches, scuffs, dings, or scrapes on the instrument or collateral materials.
"No Hassle" Return Policy:
We want you to be completely happy with your purchase from West Seneca Music Center. If you are not satisfied with any product, you may return it for an in-house credit, or exchange for another product within 10 days from the shipping date. If your purchase was eligible for Free Shipping, the shipping cost will be deducted from your credit or refund. We do not refund shipping charges.
Customer is responsible for return shipping.
Products like software, books, mouthpieces, harmonicas, personal items (such as in-ear monitors, etc), and items which are not normally stocked ("Special Orders", discontinued products, close-outs, used products, etc.) are not returnable.
Non-returnable Items:
There are certain items that cannot be returned for very specific reasons. These items include:
Special orders
Software
Over-size or over-weight items
Personal items (earphones, harmonicas, instrument mouthpieces, etc.)
International Returns
– West Seneca Music Center is no longer responsible for the goods after they have received a Proof of Delivery from the Bongo Warehouse. Any international return would need to be coordinated through Customer Service at Bongo International.•
Damaged Goods – Any damaged goods will be replaced by West Seneca Music Center as soon as we receive them back. Replacement goods will be shipped to the Bongo warehouse. Customers will be responsible for shipping the replacement goods through Bongo’s service. West Seneca Music Center is not responsible for the international transportation of your goods.•
NOTE: Customer is responsible for return shipping on all international orders.
International Duties/Taxes – Customer must contact Bongo International directly if they need to make a return or receive a replacement part. Bongo will adjust your international paperwork to state that the item(s) are replacement parts. No additional duties/taxes should be applied by Customs in their country.
